Policies:
- No refunds or credits will be issued for any
rental cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled pick-up date. Customer
will be responsible for payment for the full rental price.
- No checks will be accepted three weeks prior to the pick up date. A
$35 service fee will be assessed on all returned checks
- Measurements for wedding parties must be received four weeks prior
to the pick up date to avoid a $40 Late Measurement Fitting Fee.
- The person returning late, or incomplete rentals, will be responsible
for all Late Fees and Missing Items charges.
- All tuxedos must be returned the day following the event or the day
specified on the receipt. A $40 per day Late Fee charge will be billed
automatically to your credit card if the merchandise is not returned.
- All rental merchandise not returned for more than 30 days will be subject
to replacement costs at the full retail price.
- All wedding party rentals are considered a group rental; no refunds
will be given until all tuxedos in the group are returned. All balances
and late charges from all group members must be paid before any refunds
will be given on the group.
- Classic Tuxedo assumes no responsibility for any tuxedos dropped off,
or left at any hotel by the customer. Customer is responsible to
pick-up and return to us, any merchandise left behind at event facility.
If arrangements
are made directly between Classic Tuxedo and facility, for merchandise
recovery the customer may be subject to Late Fees plus a $100 Merchandise
Recovery Fee.
- All retail sales are exchange only with a 30 day limit, unless otherwise
specified on your receipt.
- Merchandise purchased that has been altered/tailored may not be exchanged
or returned.
- Rental price will be deducted from all returned retail merchandise.?????????
